Tatiana began her real estate career in 2021 with a cross-sector focus on commercial and residential real estate transactions.

She has over seven years of experience dealing with the NYC Dept. of Buildings and related agencies with extensive knowledge in Certificate of Occupancies, municipal filings, approvals, permits expediting, and violations, among others. 

Tatiana brings her industry knowledge and technical skillset to all of her real estate transactions, assuring clients that their transaction meets current needs while considering future implications.

I spent over a decade managing portfolios on Wall Street for clients here in the United States and abroad. Once I retired, I wanted to build a brand of service that will bring high end heating and mechanicals to all homeowners alike. I created a company that serviced the northeast, but finding contractors to work harmoniously with my vision was not an easy task.

Of course, I went back to the drawing board and established a general contracting company to bridge that gap. Now, I can fully execute my plans and bring my customers a full experience. Everything from sales, purchases and Reno.
